Agritourism
Our family has for decades engaged in agriculture and breeding of domestic animals. Six years ago we decided to open the door to our guests and offer them traditional Istrian food prepared exclusively from the products of our household.
From cow's milk, we are daily making the cheese "škripavac" and curd, which with the ham, smoked sausage, bacon, neck and pickled garden vegetables are offered as an appetizer.
We offer homemade pasta, gnocchi and "štracade" with traditional sauce chicken, ribs and sausages, and of course with fresh truffles, white and black depending on the season, mushrooms and asparagus.
Guests particularly enjoy in our warm bread and local veal with potatoes under the lid which is baked under the grill for 3 hours. With the food, we serve our wine malvazia and refošk. Brandy lovers can enjoy in brandies prepared from honey, walnuts, peaches, low and wormwood.
